Today we will learn how to make a Item shopping identity tag using photoshop.

[1]-First of all open new document of custom size
you may choose any size, I am gonna take Height & width 400×400 pixels and Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color

[2] Now take the Gradient Tool use the following settings.

[3] Fill the Background with help of Gradient Tool.

[4] Take the Pen Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[5] Create a new layer and make the selection fill the selection with Black color.

[6] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Now create a small circle with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool fill the circle with Black color.

[9] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[10] Your image should be look like this.

[11] Now create another circle and fill with Black color.

[12] Then Take the Pen Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[13] And now take the Brush Tool use the following settings.

[14] Then again take the Pen Tool and right click to Stroke Path then select Brush.

[15] Your image should be look like this.

[16] Now take the Eraser Tool use these settings.

[17] Then Cntl+Click the Previous layer, to erase this selection as shown image below.

[18] Go to Blending Option and select the Pattern Overlay.

[19] Your image should be look like this.

[20] Now create a some text your final image is ready.
