Create a Victorian lampshade glowing design

Here we will tell you how to make a Victorian-lampshade-glowing-design in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Set the Foreground Color see in the next image.

[3] Fill the Background now take the Pen Tool create a shape.

[4] Then set the Foreground Color see in the next image.

[5] Create a new layer, make the selection and fill the color.

[6] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Take the Pen Tool create a shape.

[9] Now take the Brush Tool use these settings.

[10] Take the again Pen Tool, right click to select the Stroke Path then select Brush.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[12] Make the copy of previous layer then go to Edit>Transform>Filp Horizontal.

[13] Now press Cntl+E, to Merge Down the both shape layer then go to Layer Pallete and set the opacity as shown image below.

[14] Your final image should be look like this.
