[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 400×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool & click & select make Selection

[4]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[5]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & then Go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’which is indicating by Hand sign

[7]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[8]-Now select Texture Elements & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Gradient OVerlay & use the following settings

[10]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[11]-Now select Custom shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[12]-Now create the following selection with the help of Custom shape Tool & after that select Pen Tool & click & select Make selection

[13]-Now apply the following settings in Make Selection

[14]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & Blende Mode Should be OVERLAY of this layer

[16]-Now take any image with the help of Press CTRL+O & adjust with the help of Move Tool

[17]-Now create any Text with the help of Text Tool

[18]-Now select Text Layer & then Go to Blending Options & select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[19]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[20]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
