Here we will tell you how to make a Germany-national-shaded-flag in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill with Black color.

[3] Create another shape with help of Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill with Red color.

[4] Create one more shape with the of Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill with Light Yellow color.

[5] Your Layer Pallete should be look like this.

[6] Now press Cntl+E, to Merge Down the layers do not merge the Background layer see in the next image.

[7] Then go to Filter>Distort>Wave use the following setttings.

[8] Your image should be look like this.

[9] Now take the Lasso Tool, now hold the Shift Key on your keyboard then create a shape as shown image below.

[10] Make the new layer and fill the selection with Gray Color.

[11] Now go to Filter>Artistic>Smudge Stick use these values.

[12] And then change the Blending Mode as shown image below.

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Now take the Lasso Tool, now hold the Shift Key on your keyboard then create a shape fill the selection with Dark Gray color.

[15] Now go to Filter>Artistic>Smudge Stick use these values.

[16] Your final image should be look like this.
