Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop-clock-pendulum-animation-effect in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Open Your image.

[3] Now take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[4] Make the new layer, create a shape and fill with Black color.

[5] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[6] Your image something look like this.

[7] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new shape.

[8] Create a new layer and fill the selection with Black color.

[9] Now select the previous shape layer then right click to Copy Layer Style.

[10] Then Paste Layer Style on this layer.

[11] Now take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[12] Make the new layer create a shape and fill with Black Color, then go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.

[13] Then Paste Layer Style on this layer, and now press Cntl+E, to Merge Down layer.

[14] Your image something look like this.

[15] And now make the copy of this layer, then press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your shape.

[16] Now Repeate set 15.

[17] Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M.

[18] Hide the following Layers.

[19] Now GO to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 1 Duplicate Frame with the help of 1 times click on following button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[20] Now select Frame2 & Hide the following Layers.

[21] Repeate step 20.

[22] Now play the animation with the help of Click on following Green Button which is indicating by Hand sign.

[23] Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTIMIZED AS. finally, all settings have been completed & Your image will be look as shown below.
