Do you want to design a organiser badge using photoshop software.
In this Adobe photoshop lesson I will tell you few design steps.

[1]-First of all open new document of custom size and lets say a 

 500 x 500 pixels with Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Custom Shape Toolpun134-create-batch2.gif and use the following

 settings

[3]-Now select following shape in Custom Shape Tool

[4]-Now Create the following Shape

[5]-Now right click on the following shape and select Make Selection

[6]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[7]-Now fill the selection with any color & click on ‘f’ which is

 indicating by hand sign as shown below

[8]-Now select Outer Glow and apply the following settings

[9]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[10]-After used the above settings your image will be look as shown

 below

[11]-Now press Ctrl+J for duplicate layer & Ctrl+Click on duplicate

 layer for create selection & fill 


     the selection with # 56EF03 color


[12]-Now select Duplicate Layer and click on ‘f’ which is indicating by

 hand sign as shown below

[13]-Now select Drop Shadow and use the following settings

[14]-Now select Inner Glow and apply the following settings

[15]-Now press Ctrl+T and reduced the shape & your image will be look

 as shown below

[16]-Now select Custom Shape Toolpun134-create-batch16.gif and use the

 following settings

[17]-Now select Following Shape in Custom Shape Tool

[18]-Now Right Click on the following Shape and select make selection

[19]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection

[20]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[21]-Now fill the selection with # F8FCF6 Color


[22]-Now Click on ‘f’ which is indicating by hand sign as shown below

[23]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[24]-After used the above settings your image will be look as shown

 below

[25]-Now write the Text by the help of Text Tool and use the following

 settings in Text Wrap

[26]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[27]-Now write another Text and Finally, all settings have been

 completed & your final image will be look as shown below
