If you ever wanted to learn how to create a cardboard like material or a drywall texture then you are at right place. Learn how to make a Cardboard Texture or drywall surface using photoshop cs2 for free.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Create a new layer.

[3] Fill the new layer with black color.

[4] Now go to Blending Option and select Color Overlay apply the following settings.

[5] Do not click ok select the Gradient Overlay use these settings.

[6] Do not click ok select the Pattern Overlay use these settings.

[7] Now your final image should be look like this.
