how to make a Stone Effect or cracked wall effect in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now Press Cntl+R, to Ruler Lines arrange the lines as shown image below.

[3] Take the Polygonal Lasso Tool use these settings.

[4] And then draw shape as shown image below.

[5] Make the new layer and fill with any color.

[6] Now go to Blending Option select the Inner Shadow use the following settings.

[7] Do not click ok select the Inner Glow apply the following settings.

[8] Select the Stroke Structure use the following settings.

[9] your image should be look like this.

[10] Then go to Blending Option again and select Texture Elements use these settings.

[11] Do not click ok select the Gradient Overlay apply the use these settings.

[13] Now press Cntl+E, to Merge the Layers.

[14] Then press Cnlt+U, to Hue/Saturation use the following settings.

[15] Your final image should be look like this.
