[1] First open your image.

[2] Then go to Layer Pallete and click the fill or Adjustment layer and select the Hue/Saturation.

[3] Apply the following settings.

[4] Your image should be look like this.

[5] And now take the Gradient Tool apply the following settings.

[6] Drag the Gradient tool as shown image below.

[7] Your final result is ready.
