[1] Now open your image.

[2] Then make the copy of your image.

[3] Now go to Image>Adjustment>Desaturate.

[4] Your image should be look like this.

[5] Now press Cntl+M, to Curves use these settings.

[6] Your image should be look like this.

[7] Change the Blending Mode of Layer 0 copy Hard Light.

[8] Your image should be look like this.

[9] Now press Cntl+L, to Levels use these settings.

[10] Your final image should be look like this.
