Learn how to Create Blue text effect using photoshop software
[1]-First of all open new document of Custom size
Height Width 400 x 400 pixels and
Resolution 96
with Mode RGB Color

write words as shown below.

then use the following settings

use the following settings

and use the following settings

and apply the following settings

[8]-Now select Contour Elements
and apply the following settings

[9]-Now select Satin Structure
and apply the following settings

[10]- Now select Gradient Overlay
and use the following settings

your Text will be look as shown below

[12]-Now go to Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic
and apply the following settings

[13]-Now your Text will be
look as shown below

[14]-Now Double Right Click on ‘f’ which is
indicating by finger sign as shown below

[15]-Now go to Layer Style and
use the following settings

[16]-At last, all settings have been completed and
your final Text will be look as shown below
