[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels by 300 pixels
Pick resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Take the Text Tool and write your text.
[3] Now create a new file 400×400 pixels.
[4] Now double click on the layer press ok.
[5] Then the background color for this color codeing #A8504F.
[6] Now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise use these values.
[7] Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur use the following settings.
[8] Your image should be look like this.
[9] Then go to Edit>Define Pattern.
[10] You can define the pattern name as you like I used style-1.
[11] Now go to Blending Option use these following settings.

[13] Now take the Brush Tool use these settings.
