Free photoshop tutorial - How to create purple Neon or gleaming text effect.

[1]-First of all open new document of Custom size
height& Width 400×400 pixels, Resolutions 96
and Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select the any colors for Foreground &
Background and Fill Light Blue

Colors by the
Press Ctrl+Backspace
Now select text tool and write words.

[4]-Now select Text Layer and click on ‘f ‘
which is indicating by finger sign as shown below

[5]-Now select Drop Shadow
and use the following settings

[6]-Now select Outer Glow and
apply the following settings

[7]-Now select Bevel & Emboss
and apply the following settings

[8]-Now select Contour Elements
and use the following settings

[9]-Now select Gradient Overlay
and apply the following settings

[10]-After used the above settings go to
Filter>Blur>Motion Blur

and apply the
following settings

[11]-At last, all settings have been completed
and your final Text will look as shown below.
