Photoshop Neon Sign using photoshop techniques.
[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, choose resolution of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Create a new layer.
[3] Fill the new layer with color black.
[4] Then go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[5] Your image should be look like this.
[6] Now take the Text Tool and write your text.
[7] Then go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[8] Your image should be look like this.
[9] Make the new layer.
[10] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a circle as shown image below.
[11] Now go to Select>Feather use these value.
[12] Fill the selection with color black.
[13] Now go to Select>Inverse.
[14] Your image should be look like this.
[15] Now select the Brush Tool use the following settings.
[16] Then take the Pen Tool draw a new shape as shown image below.
[17] Make the new layer.
[18] Set the Foreground or Background color.
[19] Then right click to make the Stroke Path as shown image below.
[20] Your image should be look like this.
[21] Now go to Blending Option select the Outer Glow apply the following settings.
[22] Your final image should be look like this.
