If you own a forum, you can use this photoshop tutorial to make a most
active thread Forum Graphics  using photoshop techniques.

[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels by 70 pixels then choose resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool.

[3] Create a new layer.

[4] And draw a new shape as shown image below.

[5] Then go to Select>Modity>Smooth Selection use these values.

[6] Now take the Gradient Tool and set the gradient color.

[7] Then drag the gradient tool as shown image below.

[8] Take the Ellipse Tool.

[9] Now create a new shape as shown image below.

[10] Go to Blending Option use these settings.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[11] Create a another shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.

[12] Now go to Blending Option apply the following settings.

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Now take the Shape Tool use choose this one.

[15] Then create a some stars as shown image below.

[16] Take the Text Tool write your text.
