Here is a great photoshop tutorial that will have free instructions to design a cherry red Gel website Button using  photoshop cs2 techniques

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now take the Rounded Rectangle Tool and create a new layer.

[3] Then create a shape fill the any color would you like I used Red.

[4] Now go to Blending Option select the Drop Shadow Struture use the following settings.

[5] Do not click ok select the Inner Shadow Strucure apply these settings.

[6] Do not click ok select the Inner Glow Strucure apply these settings.

[7] Do not click ok select the Bevel and Emboss apply these settings.

[8] Do not click ok select the Satin Strucure apply these settings.

[9] Here is your final image.
