[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill the Background with any color.
[3] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill with Red color.
[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[5] Now change the Blending Mode as shown image below.
[6] Your image should be look like this.
[7] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool create a shape and fill with Black color.
[8] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[9] Your image should be look like this.
[10] Take the Pen Tool create a new shape.
[11] Make the selection and fill with any color would you like.
[12] Now go to Blending Option and select the Drop Shadow use these settings.
[13] Your image should be look like this.
[14] Now take the Text Tool write your text.
[15] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape as shown image below.
[16] Now take the Gradient Tool use the settings.
[17] Fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.
[18] Now change the Opacity see in the next image.
[19] Your final image should be look like this.
