[3] Now take the Elliptical Marquee Tool, create a shape and fill with White color.

[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[6] Then take the Text Tool create your text.

[7] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[8] Your image should be look like this.

[9] Now create some text your final image is ready.
