using layer styles, dodge and burn Tool. Let’s get started!

Step 1

Create a new document (500px x 500px)

Step 2

Create the Drop Shadow with the good following amount
Now create Ellipse now apply the Drop Shadow on it

Step 3

Now create Ellipse
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool

Step 4

Use the gradient and apply in the following shape like me

Step 5

Go the pen tool and create arrow shape with the help of pen tool
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool

Step 6

Go the pen tool again and create following shape with the help of pen tool
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool
