Step 1

Create a new document (500px x 500px)

Step 2

Now go the pen tool
Create following shape with help of pen tool

Step 3

Apply the Inner Glow with the good following amount

Step 4

Go to the Dodge tool
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool

Step 5

Create Ellipse with the (04171c) color
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool

Step 6

Now go the pen tool……..image-2
Create following shape with help of pen tool
Set the behind of the object
