Here we will tell you how to make a Website-live-help-meeting-chat-icon in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill the shape with Black color.

[3] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[4] You should now have the following image

[5] Now create a new shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool and fill with Black color.

[6] Take the Polygonal Lasso Tool create a shape as shown image below.

[7] Now hit the Delete Key on your Keyboard.

[8] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[9] You should now have the following image

[10] Take the Shape and select this one.

[11] Create a shape and fill with this color coding #9C864A.

[12] Now arrange the layer as shown image below.

[13] You should now have the following image.

[14] Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape as shown image below.

[15] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.

[16] Now fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.

[17] Then take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape.

[18] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings, then fill the selection with Gradien Tool.

[19] Now you should have something like the final image
