[1]-First of all open new document of custom size
you may choose any size, I am gonna take Height & width 500×500 pixels and Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now select Pain Bucket and use the following Pattern

[3]-Now fill the Pattern with the help of Paint Bucket Tool & create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[4]-Now fill the selection with any color & click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[5]-Now select the Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings

[6]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[8]-Now fill the selection with any color with the help of ALt+Backspace & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso tool

[9]-Now fill the selection with any color create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[10]-Now fill the selection with any color & after that select Text Tool and create the Text as you wish write

[11]-Now Ctrl+CLick on following Layer for create selection

[12]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[13]-Now go to Select>Modify>Smooth & use the following settings

[14]-Now your image will be look as shown below & then press Ctrl+Shift+I

[15]-Now Press ‘Delete’ & your final image will be look as shown below
