Here we will tell you how to make a Bright blue website header menu in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black Color, the take the Rounded Rectangle Tool, create a new shape and fill with White Color.

[3] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[5] Now create another shape with the help Rounded Rectangle Tool and fill the Black color.

[6] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Make the copy of previous shape layer see in the next image.

[9] Now create another shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool and fill with any color.

[10] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[12] Make the copy of previous shape layer see in the next image.

[13] Now take the Rectangle Marquee Tool creare a shape and fill with White color.

[14] Then change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[15] Your image should be look like this.

[16] Take the Text Tool create your text.

[17] Your final image is ready.
