[1]-Lets open a new file in your favourite photoshop software version.Then choose a custom size
you may choose any size depending on the size of sticker you want, I will pick Height & width 500×500 pixels and Resolution 72 using Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[4]-Now press ‘Delete’and your image will be look as shown below & then press Ctrl+D

[5]-Now click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[6]-Now select Inner Glow & apply the following settings

[7]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[8]-Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[9]-Now fill the selection with any color as you wish

[10]-Now create the any Text with the help of Text Tool.FInally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
