If you want your website visitors to see a Ask me a Question website button, Here is a free photoshop lesson on how to make a question mark website button using photoshop techniques.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels X 400 pixels, then choose resolution 72 dpi with the RGB mode.

[2] Create a new layer, take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[3] Now take the Gradient Tool and set the Gradient color as shown image below.

[4] Your image should be look like this.

[5] Now go to Blending Option select the Bevel and Emboss use these settings.

[6] Your image look like this.

[7] Now create a new layer.

[8] Create another cirlce with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill the color Red.

[9] Then Hold Cntl+T, to Transform selection as shown image below.

[10] Now Press Cnlt+E, to Merge down the both layer.

[11] Go to Blending Option apply the following settings.

[12] Your image should be look like this.

[13] Now take the Shape Tool choose this one.

[14] Create a new layer.

[15] Now draw a shape and fill with any color.

[16] Go to Window>Style apply the following settings.

[17] Your final image should be look like this.
