using layer styles, dodge and burn Tool. Let’s get started!

Step 1

Create a new document (500px x 500px)

Step 2

Create Rounded Rectangle with the black color

Step 3

Now apply the following layer styles with the following amount

Now our Rounded Rectangle should exactly like this as shown below

Create Rounded Rectangle with the white color

Step 6

Now apply the following layer styles with the following amount

Create following shape with the help of pen tool
Highlight the selected parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool

Step 9

Apply the Inner Shadow with the good following Amount
