Free photoshop tutorial - How to create jigsaw puzzle piece made of painted cardboard like material.
You May use this technique to create a website header for free templates or website banner.

I am writing following steps which you use to create jigsaw puzzle piece.

[1]- First of all open new document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×300 pixels, Resolution 96 and
Mode RGB Color as shown below

[2]-Now select Rectangular Marquee Tool
and create following shape

[3]-Now Press Ctrl+Shft+N to make a new
layer or Click on finger sign. See below.

[4]-Now select Light Green Color and fill it
by the press Alt+Backspace as shown below

[5]-Now press Ctrl+D and after that select
Elliptical Tool and create Circle after
that hold Shift and create other Circle as shown below

[6]-Now press ‘Delete’ button and your Image will be look as shown below

[7]-Now press Ctrl+D for end of selection and create the other Circles and Press ‘Delete’

[8]-Now select Elliptical Marquee Tool and create two circles as show below

[9]-Now fill the color by the press Alt+Backspace

[10]-Now Click on selected Image layer with the press Ctrl and your shape will be look as show below

[11]-Now go to Select > Modify > Smooth and use the following settings

[12]-Now press Ctrl+Shft+I and after that press Delete

[13]-Now press Ctrl+D for end of selection and Press Ctrl+J for making Duplicate Layer

And after that select duplicate layer (which should above original layer)
[14]-Now adjust the shape by the help of Move Tool as shown below

[15]-Now press Ctrl+T for Transform the shape as shown below

[16]-Now select above Layer and press Ctrl+E and after that Click on sign ‘f ‘ which is indicating by finger sign

As shown below

[17]-Now select Inner Shadow and apply the following settings

[18]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[19]-Now select Texture Elements and use the following settings

[20]-After used the above settings your Image will be look as shown

[21]-Now Press Ctrl+J for making Copy of the Layer

After that select Original Layer and Double Click on sign ‘f ‘ which is indicating by finger as shown below

[22]-Now select Outer Glow and use the following settings

[23]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and apply the following settings

[24]-Now after used the above settings your image will be look as shown below

[25]-Now select Background Layer and select these Color and fill by the press Alt+Backspace

At last, all settings have been completed and your final Image will be look as shown below
