Here we will tell you how to make a Windows-website-refresh-page-button-image in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black Color, then take the Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill the White color.

[3] Then go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[4] Your image should be look like this.

[5] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill with Black color.

[6] Then go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Now take the Text and select this font to make the new shape as shown image below.

[9] Then go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[10] Your image should be look like this.

[11] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill with White color.

[12] Then change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[13] Your final image should be look like this.
