This photoshop tutorial will show you how to design a Red dimpled Stop Webgraphics Button.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels,
Choose resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Ellipse Tool use these settings.

[3] And create a new shape as shown image below.

[4] Now go to Blending Option and select the Bevel and Emboss apply the following settings.

[5] Do not click ok select the Gradient Overlay use these settings.

[6] Your image should be look like this.

[7] Now create a new shape with the help Ellipse Tool.

[8] Now go to Blending Option and use these following settings.

[9] Your image should be look like this.

[10] Create a new layer.

[11] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle as shown image below.

[12] Fill the selection with white color and change opacity 36%.

[13] Now your final image should be look like this.
